MS (by Research) Program

The MS (by Reseach) program is a research-oriented Masters program where the credit requirements are lighter in terms of coursework and heavier in terms of research. This program provides an excellent opportunity to experience the excitement of research before proceeding to the PhD program. Conversion from the Masters programs to PhD is common and encouraged by SIT.
